If I am changing my layout which requires removing and re-adding App Dash which
removes and resets App Dash. It would be very useful if favorites aren't lost.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a few favorites to you AppDash
2. Remove AppDash
3. Re-add AppDash
Actual Results:
Favorite apps are lost when AppDash is removed.
Expected Results:
Favorite apps should be persistent.
