Changing lf package ("use desktop layout from theme") opens two "configure
desktop" windows.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open system settings> look and feel package
2. Check "use desktop layout from theme" and change lf package
3. Open "configure desktop"
Actual Results:
Two "configure desktop" windows.
Expected Results:
Only one "configure desktop" window
