After installing plasma 5.11 the launchInPlace from TasksModel from
libtaskmanager which is supposed to put the windows in the same place that the
launchers are is not working... The launcher is removed and its windows are put
at the end of the list
This is observed on both the plasma icon-only taskmanager and also Latte,
