SUMMARY
Setting shortcut keys to Ctrl+< or Ctrl+> breaks shortcuts for Ctrl+Z & Ctrl+X.
Once a shortcut is set to Ctrl+<, Ctrl+z shortcuts no longer work. Similarly,
once a shortcut is set to Ctrl+>, Ctrl+x shortcuts no longer work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Global Shortcuts
2. Set any shortcut to Ctrl+Z.
3. Set a different shortcut to Ctrl+<

OBSERVED RESULT
Observe that the Ctrl+Z shortcut does not work.

EXPECTED RESULT
That the Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+< shortcuts should both work.
