            Bug ID: 407484
Summary: Apps on primary screen maximising to dimensions of
secondary screen (not the same size)
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.15.5
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux

Konsole maximised according to the snap dimensions

SUMMARY
On a multi-screen setup (Primary: 2560x1440, Secondary:1366x768) the app's snap
(maximise, left, right, top left, top right, bottom right, bottom left)
dimensions do not exceed the dimensions of my secondary screen. This also
includes widget's pop-up location (i.e the network widget on latte-dock will
pop-up in the middle of the screen rather than just above latte-dock, same goes
for krunner, yakuake, etc).
The snap dimensions work fine when I just have the secondary monitor (my
laptop). I can manually stretch the app window's dimension to go past the snap
dimension's limit.
The resolution of the primary monitor is correct though.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Secondary monitor works fine (i.e. when the laptop is not plugged in)
2. Plug mini-DP cable into the laptop to attach primary screen.
3. Occurs every time.

OBSERVED RESULT
App window snapping dimensions do not exceed the dimensions of the secondary
screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
App window should snap to the full size of the screen resolution.
