STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try shortcut (for example ctrl+esc for task-manager or F12 for console).

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. Other shortcuts (like Alt+F2 for krunner work). On wayland the
shortcuts work.
EXPECTED RESULT
Console or task-manager are opened.
