SUMMARY
When scrolling down a page, if your mouse falls over a menu, it will start
scrolling through the options, even if it was not intended. this can lead to
accidental changes of settings if you are not careful.
It would not be an issue if there was some option in settings to disable
scrolling through menus without clicking on it in the first place.
