--- Comment #1 from Neil Moore <dar13....@gmail.com> --- I've revisited this and the issue is that whenever I drag the panel using the "Screen Edge" manipulator, there's a little bit of the panel (a couple of pixels maybe) on the screen to the left (if the panel is on the rightmost screen, the leftover pixels are on the middle screen). The panel has the "never be covered by windows" setting enabled, so now the middle screen has a black bar.
