I have solved the problem of the plasmashell error at each boot, even if I
still have randomly the same problem.
Launching plasmashell from user terminal, I noticed this message:
"kf5.kpackage: No metad

tried to launch plasmashell from root terminal with the same behaviour, and the
following terminal output
andrea@Desktop-1 ~]$ plasmashell
org.kde.plasmaquick: Applet preload policy set to 1
