SUMMARY
Plasma 5.19 no longer open/start script with directories with spaces or the "&"
character. The scripts can pe started from console with no problems. This
problem occured with Plasma 5.19 and it's here in 5.19.1 and 5.19.2 too.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Double click on a script.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
Start the script.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It used to work fine on Plasma 5.18 and older versions.
