New Plasma transparent elements too bright

The new Plasma transparent elements are too bright and too saturated. I guess
such an effect mimics a translucent glass over the background color, so both
brightness and saturation should be slightly dulled. But now it is intensified,
so it really looks out of place.

Before KF 5.83.0 update the color looked fine in Plasma 5.22. It only got worse
after KF 5.83.0 is pushed for Archlinux. Something wrong with the sampling
algorithm maybe?

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.83.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
