Task manager widget off-center between flexible spacers

With current git master, flexible spacers no longer work as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up a panel with, from left to right: system tray, flexible spacer,
classic task manager, flexible spacer, pager
OBSERVED RESULT
Task manager is off-center, spacers look the same size
EXPECTED RESULT
Task manger is centered with the flexible spacers adjusted accordingly
