Dynamic Wallpapers settings menu is blank
SUMMARY

Starting a few weeks ago, the Dynamic Wallpapers plugin seems to be totally
broken. I noticed this initially when my wallpaper displayed as just a black
screen, and upon attempting to reset my dynamic wallpaper to see if it'd reload
I noticed that the plugin itself is broken.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt to set a dynamic wallpaper
2. Observe that the menu for it is broken.
OBSERVED RESULT
The settings menu for the Dynamic Wallpapers plugin is broken (blank, there's
no option to select a dynamic wallpaper), and the plugin itself seems broken as
the previously set wallpaper failed to display upon the breaking of the plugin.
EXPECTED RESULT
To be able to configure and select a dynamic wallpaper.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Archlinux

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am running the open source version of the Nvidia kernel module, though I
imagine even if that broke displaying the actual wallpapers the settings menu
for it would still function? This is on X11, I have not tested on Wayland given
the state of affairs that still exists between Wayland and Nvidia's drivers.
