STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set "Peek at Desktop Animation" to Eye on Screen
2. Click "Peek at Desktop" widget to minimize all windows
3. Click "Peek at Desktop" widget again to restore all windows
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows flicker during restore animation
EXPECTED RESULT
Animation progresses smoothly
