No. I installed it via `sudo apt-get install rsibreak`on two systems on two
different machines:
Kubuntu 14.04.3, KDE 4.14.13, RSIBreak 0.11 (that was the initial bug report)

Ah, the ppa backports has 0.12, still works for me on xenial though, kind of
