Skrooge bank icon pop-up menu with a small number of banks (thus no scrollbar)
SUMMARY
When I worked around bug 422155 to show the smaller list of us/United States
bank icons, the pop-up menu looked odd, with extra dots to the right of each
icon.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Skrooge with a locale that has fewer pre-defined banks.
2. In Accounts view, click the input form panel's bank account icon control to
pop up the bank list
OBSERVED RESULT
Note strange appearance (see attachment). There are three dots (ellipsis?) next
to each icon and a blue header.
EXPECTED RESULT
I'm not sure.

I haven't reproduced with absolute latest git with the fix for bug 422155.
