            Bug ID: 380477
Summary: Shift+Del shortcut is used two times
           Product: systemsettings
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: shaloksha...@protonmail.ch
  Target Milestone: ---

Shift+Del is supposed to delete a file without any intervention of the
trashcan.

In the same time is Shift+Del by default used as the alternative shortcut for
Cut.

How much sense does it do, to ship a system with both enabled by default, which
results in a totally unusable Shift+Del at all?

Simple by default...?

The funny thing is, that you cant even redo it in the bad way:

So KDE is smart enough to prevent the user from such a case and comes like that
by default currently.

This issue dates back until 2001 (!)

So this is probably a formidable example of how users avoid to write bug
reports and just deal with such annoying issues...
