Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the System Settings - Desktop Behavior - Desktop Effects section.
3. Select an item from the effects list.
Actual Results:
The list items have a wrong selection color (namely: Application Color Scheme -
"Breeze" or "Breeze Dark" - Color set - "Selection" - Link Text (Link
Background): #b3ab74);
Expected Results:
Perhaps the list items should have a "Normal Background" selection color
(Application Color Scheme - "Breeze" or "Breeze Dark" - Color set - "Selection"
- Normal Background: #3daee9).
