SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Print anything e.g. in Libre Office
2. View Printer Queue of HP Officejet Pro 6830 connected via WLAN and USB
OBSERVED RESULT
One Printer Queue Says:
'Waiting for printer Queue becoming available'
The other one says:
'Unable to locate printer "HP ... .local"'
EXPECTED RESULT
The printer prints the document.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- I tried to change the printer driver to the HP Officejet Pro 6830 cups
driver, but same results.
- Sometimes printing has worked, however I could not determine when. Sometimes
the printing of the printer queue happened during KDE Neon power up.
