SUMMARY
Muting notification sounds doesn't change the icon to muted
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Click Audio
3. Click mute button for notification sounds
OBSERVED RESULT
The icon for the mute button does not change
EXPECTED RESULT
The icon for the mute button should change to indicate that the notification
sound is muted

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 35 KDE Plasma
