The problem is that KWin can't know what apps work well when maximized and what
apps don't.
Note that the triggering condition for this bug will become impossible in
Plasma 6 because we've removed the "Windowed

Well, sure. Still, some states just make no sense, and users run into those,
the second they set to maximized and open one of these apps.
