But the KDE/Plasma 5.12.4 Lock-Screen has a working play/pause button for the
VLC player! In kde-connect application the play button is grayed out after
pause is clicked and in Android message system the pause button disappears.
As a workaround i find a dbus command for kde-connect:
dbus-send --print-reply --session --dest=org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.vlc
/org/mpris/MediaPlayer2 org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.Player.PlayPause
Tested with vlc 3.0.1-2 and kde-connect 1.3.0-1
