Yes, seems to happen with another mouse too (maybe even worse somehow).
The mice I tested with are:
• Logitech MX Anywhere 3 (originally)

Restarting kdevelop without killing often isn't possible, since when quitting,
it often ends up with 100% CPU forever in the background until killed.

Thanks, I deleted lots and lots of kalarm entries marked as failed from
akonadiconsole.
They didn't reappear in akonadiconsole after starting kalarm, but
akonadi_kalarm_resource_{15,16,17} is now running, and
~/.local/

Even uninstalling kalarm completely doesn't help!
