After update to version 5.8 I have problems with keyboard layout switching.
I have two layouts, cz and en, switch mode global, but layout switches to cz
when i change window, tab in konsole, even tab in Idea IDE.
Sometimes switching stops work completely, often after switch to Chrome window.
Switch to another app and back helps.
I have tried to change setting, reorder layouts etc, no change.
Reproducible: Always
