Antergos uses LightDM instead of SDDM, so I switched over to SDDM to get the
log file. To my surprise, the first login was as fast as with only one monitor
– but the second login was slow

Yes, I can start "kactivitymanagerd start-daemon" but don’t get any return.
Now, I have just renamed ~/.local/share/kactivitymanagerd/resources which fixed

A wild guess: The graphics driver gets somehow confused and labels the single
DP monitor something else, and Plasma extends the desktop but places the real
monitor on the side… (AMDGPU on a Ryzen 2400G). No proof

Arch Linux seems to have fixed this issue with an update. So this is fixed
indeed.
Never had an icon scale problem like this before in the 6 years I’m using HiDPI
via fonts scaling now.

This has been fixed a while back in the classical desktop grid effect: Right
clicks pin windows like in 5.25. It has not been implemented in the overview
