I can reproduce the crash with plasma 5.7.5 and frameworks 5.26. Btw dolphin is
not the only application that crashes, same happens to systemsettings and even
qtcreator.

The attached patch (not intended as bugfix) shows where the crash is triggered
(i.e. when parent() is called).
