Use the default Plasma wallpaper on the login screen
Summary:
As discussed and agreed to by VDG (T7914), change the SDDM theme background
from the blue color to the current Plasma wallpaper.

Summary:

from the blue color to the current Plasma wallpaper.

- Lock the screen
