Yes it is from the Kubuntu 17.04 after 17.10 in the preupgrade, sorry I had
forgotten with.

after installing all updates

So my menu currently looks after the installation of all updates. Temporary I
can fix the problem but that is not synonymous solution on permanence. So I
reported the bug

This was an upgrade from Kubuntu 17.04 to 17.10? Looks like the attachment
didn't come through. Can you try attaching it again?
