plasma-discover (5.11.90) using Qt 5.9.1

I was trying to upgrade system. The discover started, showed main window, and
after few seconds of preparation (probably inventory of installed components)
it crashed.
My system is a Ubuntu unstable version (18.04 with test repository of kubuntu).
