After upgrade to Plasma 5.12 in kubuntu 17.10 (also view in Neon LTS
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390007) Discover crash.
When start Discover appears:
"cgcicon.knsrc: all categories are missing"

If I start Discover with Konsole appears this:
~$ plasma-discover

At the moment, only I can update the system with this in a Konsole `pkcon
