Yeah David, that's right. The issue here is that other browsers such as Firefox
or Chrome somehow manage not to be affected by this and can still enforce a
global in-browser Ctrl-PgUp/PgDn shortcut.

Shortcuts on page takes precedence over most browser shortcuts.
