Yes, with xrandr also occurs when i set 59Hz or 60Hz. With 30Hz is ok.
Look for pclk value, is this not too high value for this 3840x2160@60?
xandr -q
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 3840 x 2160, maximum 16384

Could you check if this behavior also occurs if you use the xrandr tool to set
