When I try to extract a RAR file by right clicking and "Extract here", Ark
crashes. When I try it on the commandline, I get "ark.kerfuffle: Could not find
a plugin to handle "/home/user/file.rar".
OS: Kubuntu 16.10
unrar: 5.3.2
Reproducible: Always
