You must enable the options in the digiKam settings under Metadata:
[x] Rescan file when files are modified
[x] Clean up the metadata from the database when rescan files

The problem is, if you add images first in digiKam and later remove tags in
Adobe Bridge, these are still present in digiKam? If so, this problem will be
solved in digiKam-6.0.0 be fixed.

Hi,
I tried several things and I can say it does the same under Linux.
In fact Keywords inside Digikam are updated, but not the Tags (this is what I
need to perform efficient searches).
So, to sum up the problem
