            Bug ID: 387373
Summary: digikam does either show no photo in album or all
photos of complete database (since Qt 5.9.3)
           Product: digikam
           Version: 5.7.0
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Albums-MainView
          Assignee: digikam-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: kde-b...@kristiankoch.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Today, I ran into a pretty strange bug:

The album view currently shows no photos in any album. However, if "show album
sub-tree" under View is activated, it shows all photos stored in the database.
No matter which album I select, it loads all photos. This makes the album view
completely unusable.

Strangely, I did not update digikam since September, but several Qt packages
5.9.2-1 -> 5.9.3-1 just yesterday. Furthermore, all other views work as
expected (tags, timeline, etc.). Any idea where to start searching?
