I think I still saw this one months ago, but I can't quite tell when or if it
was the same thing. Usually this occurs after a system update that changes
libraries until you restart the machine... I believe it also occasionally
happens if a process becomes busy, causing new thumbnails to not generate for a
longer amount of time than usual. I'm not sure if this issue still exists
though, for now I'll close this and reopen or post a new one if I see it again.
