Nice contrast on 19.04, new Bronze theme added to 19.08, for me is fixed :)

i created a theme, Rusted Bronze that is dark and works fine on windows.

on this image for linux, the icons for timeline options have a similar color of
background.

i saw the same issues in the 3 icons of the timeline (just under the "high
quality" buttons.. on preview quality.) ... gray background and gray icons
(can't see at all the icons with some themes)
