SUMMARY
Feature "Insert clip zone" doesn't seem to work as described in the help
documentation here:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add video to project
2. Select clip from project bin
3. Add zone in clip monitor
4. Press 'v' or 'b' (insert clip zone)
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
The clip zone is inserted into the timeline at the current marker.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
- Ubuntu 19.10
- Kdenlive 19.08.2
- KDE Frameworks 5.62.0
- Qt 5.12.4 (built against 5.12.4)
- MLT version 6.16.0
