XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=kde has been added several years ago, see https://github.com/flathub/org.kde.kdenlive/issues/53 I am pretty sure that we should just remove it now from the Flatpak manifest. I will keep this report closed as I opened https://github.com/flathub/org.kde.kdenlive/pull/514 In a few minutes a test package should show up in this pull request. That means the official Kdenlive flatpak from flathub works fine. I have to set "XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=kde" to "XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=gnome" to get the app working correctly. Doing this I can use Kdenlive Flatpak more integrated on GNOME Wayland.
