            Bug ID: 418606
Summary: Local selection mask is not marked by the selection
                    tool
           Product: krita
           Version: 4.2.8
          Platform: MS Windows
                OS: MS Windows
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Layer Stack
          Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: kustov1...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When I create it from the paint layer through converting to the local selection
mask it is not marked by the selection tool, but there is it here and I can
draw in the mask. But I can not see the edge of the mask.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new document.
2. Create two layers (Layer # 1, Layer # 2)
3. Draw white square at Layer # 2.
4. Convert Layer # 2 to Selection Mask and move it to Layer # 1.
5. Switch to Layer # 1.

OBSERVED RESULT
The local selection mask (Layer # 2) is not marked by the selection tool at
Layer # 1.

EXPECTED RESULT
The local selection mask (Layer # 2) is marked by the selection tool at Layer #
1. Must be select square which I have drawn at Layer # 2.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If I draw at Layer # 1 there is square here but I can not see edge 'cause
Selection Tool is not visible.
When I create a local selection mask from the selection tool (not paint layer)
it's all right.
