I am still waiting on it and there are quite a few duplicates linked.

When using additional buttons, like "always on top" or only the quickhelp
question-mark button, it is kind of too much to have more than (the usual)
three buttons in a group, but having, for example, a second group "question
mark, always on top" is useful and was may usual setup in plasma4.
