Normally I would say, "it's a bug with those themes, please report this to
their developers", but it seems slightly less likely in this case since it's
*every* other theme. Still possible of course, but maybe needs

I found the culprit by resetting all my themes settings to Default Breeze and
re-enabling them one by one : it's the window decoration. If I change from
Breeze windeco to anything else, the bug occurs.
