I am using air-oxygen for the window decoration. 'Window border size' is set to 'Normal', but setting it to 'No Borders' made no difference. After some testing, I found a way to reproduce it: just set "Oxygen" or some variant of it (like "air-oxygen", the one I use) as Window decoration. Is that your case?
