Since then, Latte docking bar did not show parabolic effect (stand still, I mean). When computer boots then Latte starts like all the rest applications. If that cycle does not work correctly, then this is what is should be fixed somehow. Take note that Latte in last commits it starts a bit later. But this issue happened again, after booting to Manjaro, the right side of the screen is not clickable (the same side of sidebar). What a shame on me! This only happened when I first login to my system. But restarting Latte solved it. After rebooting the system, it is no longer frozen on the right side.
