It's available without right-clicking in the pop-up menu thingy in Panel Edit
mode.

"Show alternatives..." option of System Monitor widgets is still not accessible
with a touchscreen on neon unstable.

Not a problem anymore in practice, since we made every action in the context
menus available in the main UI with a left click/touch.

That's true for widgets on the desktop, but for applets in the system tray,
there is no way to do it with touch only.
