When running Wayland, panel right click menus won't go away until they are
clicked on. This has been consistent in 5.7 through 5.8.1 on Arch, using both
Intel and AMD open source drivers.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click anywhere on the panel; this includes empty space, any icon or
widget.
2.Click on the desktop an open app, or most parts of the panel; the menu will
not go away. The exception is items in the system tray. The menu goes away if
you click on a system tray item twice.
3.The menu will go away if any entry is clicked on.
Actual Results:
The menu stays above everything even when focus has changed. Even if you
change desktops, it will be there when you come back.
Expected Results:
The menu should go away.
Work as it does under Xorg.
