[plasmashell] [Bug 391498] Tablet mode for convertibles (laptops with hinge screens)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=391498 --- Comment #3 from Mina <842m...@gmail.com> --- It's enough to get a reply! Thank you :D Actually I just noticed that sometimes when I flip the laptop into a tablet the keyboard and touchpad are disabled correctly! (the keys on the side work but the keyboard & touchpad are disabled) but it's inconsistent. Sometimes it's disabled and sometimes not! I've been searching and asking about the sensors. I can get readings of the gyro and accelerometer (and other sensors) at /sys/bus/iio/devices -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=391498 David Edmundson changed: What|Removed |Added Resolution|--- |LATER Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED --- Comment #2 from David Edmundson --- A lot of this is something that's being worked on, especially on wayland where we have more control. All 3 of those should work in wayland with 5.13; but it's somewhat hardware dependent for detecting the tablet mode. As for this ticket, it's quite vague with multiple points, and it's not really a bug per-se. I don't think we gain anything keeping it open. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
