You can get rid of this gap in two ways: restart plasmashell or move the panel to another border and then move it again where it was. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Edit a panel 2. Start changing the panel height with OBSERVED RESULT The panel "bounces" on the edge of the screen, leaving a gap. EXPECTED RESULT The panel should resize without moving.
