You don't need to add new repos that offer different versions; in fact that's
quire dangerous and risks breaking your system. I would recommend undoing that.
See
https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports#Ubuntu-based_distros_.28Ubuntu.2C_Kubuntu.2C_KDE_Neon.2C_Linux_Mint.29
for instructions.

(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #1)
> Could you please install debug symbols for frameworks-kactivitiesstats,

Hi Nate, thanks for taking interest in this issue.

However I was unable to install the debug symbols for
frameworks-kactivitiesstats.

I have set up the /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ddebs.list file with the following
content:

deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/ jammy main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/ jammy-updates main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/ jammy-proposed main restricted universe multiverse

And the only package available that resembles "frameworks-kactivitiesstats" is
(obtained via apt-cache search kactivities):

kactivities-bin-dbgsym - debug symbols for kactivities-bin

However, this package does not install due to "unmet dependencies" because it
requires "kactivities-bin" to be version 5.92 whereas mine is 5.95. Maybe this
is why I'm using the backports PPA.

Do you know how I should proceed in this case?

Thank you for the bug report! Unfortunately the backtrace is incomplete and
missing debug symbols for the following lines that we need to figure out
exactly what's going wrong:

> #10 0x7fa419b4e74e in () at
> /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libKF5ActivitiesStats.so.1

Could you please install debug symbols for frameworks-kactivitiesstats,
reproduce the crash, and attach a new symbolicated backtrace? See
https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports

Thanks again!
