Could it be that you're using some third party plasmoid? I'm currently on
Plasma 6.6.2 with Qt 6.10 using Browser widget and nothings leaks memory for
me.

After updating to Qt 6.10.1 I can no longer reproduce the issue. I guess it was
a regression in Qt that has nothing to do with Plasma.

I'm also experiencing this issue with the web browser widget.
Open the widget and go to the following URL:

https://widgets.meteox.com/en-GB/widgets/radar/location/2973400/rain?z=8

Then close the widget window.
After a few hours, the QtWebEngineProcess process is consuming over 2 GB of
memory, and this consumption continues to increase.
